Gingerly I walk to the bathroom to take a shower instead of eating

I crawl outside so I can puke in the cold air, which does help. After fuck knows how long I gingerly make my way back inside. I'm covered in sweat, I'm shaking, I'm no longer hungry

I half ass clean up from cooking and take a shower

I force myself to turn off the stove somehow and crawl to to grab a trash bag, my glasses are starting to fog, I am starting to panic. I'm going in shock? I am completely alone.

I start projectile vomiting in my trash bag and I am so fucking distraught

So I head that off, start to sit and just collapse. I don't really lose consciousness - but my lips and my hands are tingling, I'm seeing stars, I cannot sit up, I feel a flush of warmth that means I'm about to vomit.

And the stove is still fucking on!

After getting my composure, I make sure I have normal range of motion and can put weight on it. I can? Great!

I take a few steps to just continue what I'm doing and suddenly the world starts spinning and I know I am about to faint

I just had a terrible experience

I was making some food and looking for something when I dropped a can directly on my bare foot, on the joint of my big toe.
