It might've been Japanese Comickers, one of the artists dripped ink to create colourful, blotchy work!

I’m so sorry to hear this Sarah 😣 I have endo and had surgery to remove most of it a few years ago - if you’d like any info on the process or aftermath feel free to let me know. It’s absolutely crazy that so many people suffer with it and aren’t able get help from their GP 🫠
