Today’s AIDS/LifeCycle team training ride was the most fun I’ve had with my clothes on in a very long time.

I can dress for frigid cold; but please, let this killer SUNNY weather repeat itself for next week’s ride.

Today’s strength training workout for AIDS/LifeCycle left me panting on the floor, smiling, not necessarily begging for more.

No produce, no problem. After nearly 2 hours in the saddle, a comfy chair was a welcome respite.

Yesterday, I rode my bike for the first time since September, 2024. My heart is full because I rode with my team, OutSpoken Cycle Club who I had not ridden with since April, 2024!
