It is actually scary how much and how AI is being used at the Kennedy School by students. It's completely within the possibility that students will go on to use AI to contribute to policy decisions in ways that create harm.

Last week I went to the Make Work Fair book launch w/Women and Public Policy colleagues at @harvardkennedy.bsky.social . Working at WAPPP really convinced me of the empirical evidence of gender bias in workplaces. Public service must learn from the evidence and make hiring and workplaces fairer.
