I love the "could this be a solution" post because it's a perfect example of Founder brain. You have to be a special kind of stupid to imagine that you are the first person to come up with the idea of driving around the Strait of Hormuz. It's being so dumb that you think everyone else is even dumber

I've learned more about how I actually like to paint with these two figures than I have done in an age. Really knuckling in and playing with mixes, texture, different highlighting methods and materials... Can't recommend enough just grabbing some paints and doing something utterly for its own sake!

Really, really enjoyed playing with mixes and style here, pushing visual contrast far further than I usually do.

Second session on the dark purple. The changes are subtle for an hour spent so this is where I'm going to leave it. For tabletop it's good to recognize when something is good enough and move on.
