We all know tons of stuff we know how to do and should do, but we don’t.

Until we actually get into the practice of acting on what we know nothing else matters.

Talk is cheap. Action is all that matters in the end.

We are in an endurance event.

Take care of yourself and take care of your teammates.

We all have our roles to play.

Together we win.

We are starting to see the tides turning.

This is just the beginning and we must not let up.

Keep protesting, keep boycotting, keep writing, calling, and posting.

Keep protecting all that need it.

Keep acting in whatever large or small way you can.

We are winning, but we aren't done yet.

There is strength in community.

Alone we can be killed, kidnapped, arrested, silenced.

I have been watching the happenings in Minnesota today and my heart is warmed.

Seeing people showing up in the thousands in the brutal cold to send a message to Shitler and his goon squad is a thing of beauty.

This is what our world needs. Everyone working together.

All the interesting, unique, and fun is being erased in the rush to be the safe 'blah' choice.

No one loves it, no one really hates it, they just tolerate it.

If you don't want to be lost in the 'whatever' do / make something memorable.

We are living in a fucked up and scary time.

Every choice we make is a vote for the type of world we want to live in.

Choosing how we do business and who we do business with is a vote for the type of world we want to live in.

Make your choices deliberately. We are all in this shit show together.

Corporations are in a race to the bottom in search of squeezing every last penny out of their customers & employees.

If you are looking for quality & 'give a damn' find a small business.

Entrepreneurs put in the effort to win & keep customers.

Choose carefully.

One of the biggest factors in your success or failure is who you surround yourself with.

Waste your time with negative, nasty people you will sink to their level.

Invest your time with decent people that encourage you and work on improving themselves you will rise to their level.

Exercise is the key to sanity and success.

Hitting the gym is amazing, but it isn't the only thing.

Make a point of getting up and moving around every 30 minutes.

Sitting too long is horrible for your health.

We are barely past Christmas & the thrift stores are already filling up with AI created crap that was gifted over the holidays.
