It means better ideas have less chance as people who want to be paid for their work realise the people as their focus isn’t wanted. #economy 🤔

How can the average unemployed person feel secure in new employment. If all the people wanting and needing work were to find it - the RBA would have conniptions - and it’s likely these wouldn’t increase inflation much at all. Being new workers, possibly on minimum wages: also the first to go.

The RBA wants more unemployment so wages are kept lower. They said so.

The more I look at our economy, and the levers that exist to keep things affordable when inflation rises and unemployment falls, the more I think more levers are needed.Simply raising or lowering interest rates only affects mortgage holders and people with savings. Workers wages unaffected. 🤔

A twenty-four hour work day or near to on a regular basis isn’t a reasonable ask of any employee. Delaying sleep for work isn’t good for you or your work really. So sorry to hear this Mike. I hope you have some serious bonus money coming to you for this and work with more consistent hours. 🌹❤️
