On the left is an incredible Habanero small batch I made and named after my friend from Belize. The other is also habanero but with carrots, green peppers and other seasonings

A little dab’ll do ya !! Habaneros are my all time favorite! When I want to try a really hot one , I cook a little sauce in a pot of rice to perfume it. The rice imparts the flavor nicely and the burn is mellowed. Butter never hurts

I’m in NY near the capitol. It’s one of those foods that has to be right. I think my biggest issue is just too doughy and chewy. I’m sure fresh and eaten right away is where it’s at
