“Pacific Edge” 36x36”, acrylic on wood, in a setting
The northern California coastline is truly something spectacular. There are places here where the perspective looking out to the horizon shifts, and the ocean seems to float almost above you, blending with the sky.
Just completed, 18x65” acrylic and collage on panel. The underpainting is covered with asemic writing. It reminds me of the markings and stories left behind by our ancestors and by the forces that change the land over millennia.
