It's a sad state of affairs when City of Mesa felt the need to add a "hey, please be nice to our service reps" blurb in their automated system. I always try to be nice to service reps, even when they're unhelpful... because what a shitty fucking job.

If you need Mac OS technical support, I am not your girl. I don't find the OS intuitive at all. If you hand me your Mac, odds are I will stare at it for a few moments, try to right click to no effect and then just tell you to restart it.
