In recent weeks I have seen groups of young people involved in significant antisocial/criminal behaviour on Grafton St, Exchequer St, Wicklow St, Clarendon St & Sth William St, and never any Gardai around. Post ‘Dublin Riots’, so many Gardai on the streets as temp. measure only.
