Americans generally treat their democratic leadership the way they treat teachers- every year adding more to their plates, in an effort to compensate for failing to vanquish our enemies, looking for perfect candidates instead of producing adequate team spirit.

Not being sorcerers, not being able to control the rogue majority, being boring

We barely have the discipline to listen to them for three minutes, generally don't know what they've been doing or have gotten done, but are all in agreement that they're poor leaders. I sure would love to know what quality of leadership everyone thinks they're looking for.
