I was a little nervous, but ultimately I knew it would be helpful to do it. I changed after security, and just brought my diaper in my backpack. I changed in a family / all gender restroom and that was that. Pretty easy! ☺️

I do have an overactive bladder so the flight was 10x easier for me!
