I did not see until now that he was asked about it on Fox News. Instead of denying he took $50,000 cash in a bag, he insists that he didn't do anything illegal.

For the record, I am for additional growth in the urban core as well as making suburban and exurban areas denser, and more livable.

The map areas do not have equal contributions to total emissions. Changes in map color do not necessarily make a comparable change in emissions.

Directing growth to blue zones can decrease total emissions *compared to the growth being in the red zone*. With growth, total emissions going down seems unlikely to me. And unlikely to stop growth either. Want to slow increase in emissions as much as possible.
