I have this with looking for simple objects, food, medicine. Example: I can look in the fridge and say I didn't find it and IL say I looked everywhere.. I looked bla bla. But it will be right in front of me. I miss things that are obvious to others.

Something I noticed recently people who are not white act nicer than usual to me than they need to be, and I can't help but imagine the racism they've been through, it always breaks my heart and all I'm thinking the entire time is, 'you're welcome, you don't have to worry about me.'

In a world filled with judgement, be loving.

Find your ideal reason and find it fast, you don't have forever.
