You can compliment people that do frame by frame animation without bringing down people that use Live 2D or other programs to animate. They all take effort to learn and achieve decent results. So please be kind to emote artists that offer animated emotes

I think some people forget that animating is a completely different skill set to drawing, it takes a lot of time to learn plus there's so many different ways to do it. You have to prep an emote differently if it's going to be animated which takes more work and planning.

I got the chance to refresh some of the old emotes I made for @kiaratv.bsky.social, and I have a few more to do. I don't have access to the date/year I made the old ones but its still fun to compare, I hope people like the new ones ✨

I've been tempted lately to apply for volunteering at my local farm since they have mental health support n things, it might be good for my anxiety. It's 2 days a week and it'll give me something to get outside for, I need to work on my insomnia tho. Apparently they have alpacas 🥺

Today was almost a huge disaster, I went out with my sister today but I forgot my door key. We had to rush all the way to the airport to get a key off my mum before her flight took off, otherwise I would've been locked out for over a week. Greyson wouldn't have been very happy 🙃 I'm so drained

Before my month imploded I did actually get to drawing the secret version of the Astarion plush pendant (Batstarion), finally getting around to posting. I don't plan on finishing the drawings but at least I got them out of my brain. In that time I also got the Yooki I bought ✌️

The closer I get to my 30s the more antisocial I become, I never expected I'd become this cat coded.. I always thought pandas were my spirit animal

I haven't had much motivation to work on any drawings lately and its hard to know what to do with myself, so I don't have a plan right now. I'm always half tempted to quit but I'll probably find motivation again soon

This is a bit delayed but I really appreciate all the kind words I received after Totoro's passing 💜 it's taken a bit for me to feel fine again. I think it's the first time I've properly grieved, maybe this means my brain finally fully developed. That and his last moments were a bit traumatic..

Well today turned out to be a horrible day.. Rest in peace my lil goober, Totoro. You were there to help me through some tough times, you'll always be best boy. I'll miss you 💜

Being alone when your pet is sick sucks, I can't do anything for him

Totoro suddenly isn't acting like his usual self today, he seems very lethargic and wants to just stay lying down. He doesn't even want one of the treats he goes crazy for. Hopefully it's nothing serious, please keep him in your thoughts though

It seems both my niece and nephew want a Labubu now, I wonder if it's too late to convert them to a different brand lol. I'm gonna have nightmares for weeks from helping my sister look for some decent looking Lafufus, most of the ones on Vinted are pure horror

I have fallen into the plush pendant keychain pit, my favourite being Yooki. So while I wait for mine to arrive I've been working on this, bc the white haired ones remind me of Astarion. I'll probably make a secret version too ✌️
