A message from Christopher Perkins: Today I retire from Wizards of the Coast after 28 years. With D&D’s 50th anniversary wrapping up and the revised rulebooks doing gangbusters, this is the perfect fairytale ending for me. One of the things I'm doing with Blue Sky is being very selective on who I follow. I'm finding it's a much better experience that way.

Castles & Crusades is awesome! I'm convinced that their saving throw system was inspiration for D&D 5e's.

I met @trolllordgames.bsky.social at GenCon several years back, and they're super nice. The Trolls don't fully call it old school, but I think it was a pioneer in the OSR movement.
