John Barleycorn, Goring On 24 June 2025, the Brakspear pub co applied for planning permission for "Conversion of existing pub into one dwelling with four bedrooms, internal and external alterations to facilitate conversion. ...

Planning consent granted for change of use to residential.

It doesn't help when the local parish council couldn't care less about its pubs.

A group of women posing enthusiastically in front of the tanks in First & Last brewery. They are dressed in casual, warm clothing, with several people smiling and raising their arms in celebration.

Happy #IWCBD from First & Last Brewery in Northumberland!
