I'm so tired of this crap. It's been ramping up for two or three years now even from the usual background radiation that is trans and homophobia, but it's been coming to a head recently.
I've put a lot of work into it the past few years; it's important to me. And yep, that makes me a trans athlete.
Yes, I picked a niche sport. No, I'm not and will never be a pro athlete. But I do consider myself an athlete, on a good day (although right now I think I have about three months of work to go before I get up to where I was pre-recovery).

Working my way through Silo now. I'm glad I'm enjoying, because John (old friend) was the one who introduced me to the books.
Season 3 Ted Lasso was cathartic.
Season 2 of Foundation was good, and I honestly think the books were not fleshed out enough that the details of any adaptation are all that important.
Day [whatever] of recovery. Grabbed a month of Apple TV for a month to catch up on some stuff.
Ted Lasso is still a pleasant vibe.
I've been rewatching Babylon 5; I am surprised that my fondness for this series is more than just nostalgia. It's not an exact allegory for the times, but it's very good. It's amazing how much 90s sci fi holds up. Or maybe I am nostalgic about it, lol.
I cannot express my disgust sufficiently.
