It is honestly quite remarkable, in my opinion, that certain legal professionals are still able to practise.
I am not sure I would identify this as a competition law issue. SLAPP defences need to be available earlier and have more bite. People engaging in SLAPP activities need to face larger sanctions, and the bar council needs more bite and to be more proactive on dealing with shady shit.
