One’s long-term hair needs must always take precedence over short-term dignity.

Spoken word and poetry give such an intense, distilled experience of language, it makes the leap into a novel a whole different kind of journey. Keep at it though… those 50 pages are gold. Who knows where they might lead when the time to return to them feels right. Thanks for the kind words!
