My thoughts are with those affected by the unprovoked violence against two Jewish brothers at Santana Row, apparently solely because they were speaking in Hebrew. Wishing them a speedy recovery. Antisemitic or any other form of hate has no place in our community.
Very saddened to hear of the vehicle-scooter collision at Oxford and Addison and praying for the scooter passenger’s recovery. I am closely monitoring the situation and will continue and redouble our efforts toward a safe Oxford corridor for all.

I understand your frustration but we are a legislative office and are per our city charter legally unable to step into an admin function. As a legislative office we’re working hard to craft policies for accountability to put in place in time for contract renewal, which would be up to council.
I’m grateful for your dedication and generally share your sentiments - and your frustrations, as someone who also frequently runs into improperly parked scooters I have to move out of the way in my district. @brentblackaby.bsky.social and I are working on it.
