Question — how do I know what district I’ll be in if the redistricting is passed in April? From the map it looks like it could either be district five or district one.

I’m recalling many years ago when Steve Jobs came to Richmond to speak as a part of making Richmond/Henrico one of the first areas to adopt computers in schools. It was exciting at the time but I now wonder if that was a pedagogical mistake.
