Bit overcast but peaceful.

Heading back to Meloneras

Just back from 2 weeks in Gran Canaria.

Not had an issue so far, just be respectful of others you encounter.

You do also come across the rangers and dog walkers, and the occasional cyclist, just no way of knowing who you might bump into, every visit is different.

Yes, all naturists enjoying the weather and the heathland.

Naked rock pooling does it get any better?

What a lovely day for bit of naked rock pooling, finding the locals naturist spots that give some solitude, and a bit of shelter from the wind and loose sand coming across the beach.

A lovely Naked walk along the coast, firstly on a rocky shore line, and secondly along a beautiful sandy beach.

A naked walk in the early morning along the rocky coast, finding a suitable spot for a bit of contemplation, waiting for the sun to rise over Meloneras.

Gorgeous image, love a bit of forest bathing, free in the woodlands is a special feeling.

04:00hrs walking along the promenade in 22 degrees heat, you can hear a pin drop, just sitting, listening, taking in the solitude, and bare skin on wood and concrete.

Just sitting in the dark, listening to the waves crashing on to the shore, in 23 degrees at 19:00hrs in the morning, on the board walk, now all that is needed is to loose the clothes for the perfect meditation.

Missing opportunities to get to Budby for some me time. But looking forward to hiring the beach at Maspalomas.

Love to get out, and walk in the woodlands and meadows. But also enjoy the solitude.

Let’s just make sure all people are safe, and let alternative arrangements be made.

Naked walking is cheaper than therapy, and you get to enjoy the au natural that naturism brings.

Naked hiking/walking to me involves ditching more than a gps, music and other distractions.

How do I get a beach body? Oh that’s right go to the beach, strip off and there you have it. One beach body.

Gran Canaria, Maspalomas last year on the beach was good and the first time in a social setting, this was the first UK instance of taking a walk and seeing what appears around the corner or on the horizon. But it was the best mental health reset.

Liberating walk around Budby, meet two other walkers also enjoying the weather and nature naked, and one worker litter picking. Got to say thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of social nudity walking around Budby, lovely time in the wooded areas just bathing in the forest and heathland.

When it’s so hot and sleep is impossible, sitting out in the garden staring at the night sky is a good alternative just taking in the sounds of nature au-natural.

Jealous, sounds like a great way to spend the weekend.
