Anxiety is creeping back with meaaaaans too much caffeine 😭 I need to cut back on matcha even more to maybe only twice a week 😭

For the sake of my mental health I need to believe that things will be better else I will fall into another depression spiral and lbr, I do not want to get fatter (LMAO)

The level of low I felt today has not been felt since 2023 that’s how bad it is
