vtubing has been oversaturated for years. comparisons won't help you. you have to decide what success looks like to YOU.
and some of my peers deal with hurdles i never have. self doubt, anxiety, outside pressures. life instability. harassment. hard choices we may never know about.
"the race is long, and in the end, it's only with yourself."
we all deal with different hurdles. i've been maintaining a reliable schedule despite chronic pain, fatigue, and other symptoms related to my endometriosis + fibroids. that's incredibly difficult in of itself. i get to be proud about it!
and no matter what, this helps me put food on the table.
this seems like a good time to remind my peers that you need to make milestones for yourself that are not based in comparison. some of my friends' channels are growing faster than mine; one of those people also thought about quitting three times last year, while it's never crossed my mind once.
increasing our streaming hours has been a success! and a lot easier than i figured it would be, in part thanks to my community!! so many of you are such staunch supporters of me and i appreciate it immensely. i grew accustomed to talking to myself when live, but these days i no longer have to. 💜
sometimes i think you're in your head too much. you hit 1,000 not three months ago! that's huge! i'm genuinely unsure what your basis of comparison is.
✋ for the latter, our experiences/reasonings are different but i also run a non-lewd channel! and there are others out there too!
oh!! my mistake, i just assumed cus of the length. i don't think i could get my nails to grow that long!
if you paint the press-on nails before you put them on you won't have to deal with accidentally getting polish on your fingers!
