Sometimes you get what you deserve.

This is all very tiring. Especially people with platforms misusing words like “preference” over “orientation”…. Just to start. The majority of people commenting have absolutely no idea what representation is and how people cope.

We live in the insufferable south where fireworks start 3 days before the "Day". Our neighbors know how we feel about them and also it is the reason we can't be anything more than just.. someone living next door. Fireworks are HORRIBLE for wildlife. And should be against the law. It's gross.

Fireworks. HATE THEM. We've been dealing with that for a long time now. What we've had to do is make a space for our Italian Greyhounds in the middle of the house. We have made caves essentially with crates and blankets.. and we turn 2 box fans on high. We have to give Bruno a small pill.

If that happens... most of us who have been with our "partners" for years... are ready for this. We just celebrated our 31st anniversary. And over half of that we were not legally married.

I was very close to my mom... the last 2 weeks she was horribly mean... things I cannot believe my mother would ever say to her son. It took me some time.. but I did some research and got into a support group. Now I have butterflies following me everywhere... and she had them everywhere in home.

My mom was seeing everything you could imagine... including dad, and he passed in 1998. She actually did wait for me to get there from Atlanta... 3 hours .,.. and I said .. if daddy is here to get you.. you need to go..> And she went peacefully within 2 minutes. Dementia and Sundowners...together.

oh.. they do add up.. for sure. I am sure we pay more for our streaming preferences than we would with just cable access... but we like having the ability to weed out the nonsense
