A counter full of 16 or so spices, tomatos, abuelita chocolate disks, an orange, Costco peanut butter, chicken broth, lard, raisins, and some unrelated holiday shrubbery.
A miniature wine glass over a pan of red cooking chiles of 6 or so different varietals. Ignore the Dutch oven of meat in the background.
Sipping mezcal and cooking a few days ago. Christmas cooking is the best. Guess the dish!
