Engraving printed in shades of black and grey on off-white paper. A large shorthaired black cat sits up snuggled beside a white shorthaired cat with black spots. They are on a windowsill watching the birds and snow outside. The subjects are very sweet and skillful and simple, but the whole piece is also full of texture and visual static that makes it seem like a grainy transmission from another place.
