That’s true for most of our goats and sheep (and pigs etc) but Fluffy and Ash really only overcome their anxiety for molasses and peanut butter, sometimes fig newtons.

No, that is not a very common symptom of FIV itself but their weakened immune systems can make FIV cats more susceptible to skin infections. If the cat has never been tested for it they should go ahead and do that to know if it's a variable.

We lost our wonderful Fergus last October and I still cry sometimes. It awful. All you can do is love them and make sure your decisions are based on what's best for them, not forcing them to stay alive in pain because you can't face saying goodbye. 💔

I would think it would vary by carrier, but I've never gotten insurance because they're very vague about what they might attribute the FIV and refuse to cover.
