I didn’t realize I had an issue until my brother snapped my shoulder back into place… I was 24. Genuinely, I thought everyone was mildly uncomfortable my entire life and my hypermobility was a superpower.
Knowing your limits will help in the long run, and I’ve found braces to be a godsend. ;v;
