I worked for Baskin Robbins when they introduced their Radical Blasts. Sour Apple, Blue Raspberry, and Fruit Punch flavors, with bright green, blue, and red stools, respectively.
About a week after they were introduced, we got little stickers warning parents about the poop issue.

Yeah, that was a funny one.

The short version is that the boat was buying shark fins, and therefore wasn't "fishing", and so they could take the illegal fins to market. However, it turned out that legally the fins couldn't be seized by maritime authorities.
Both loopholes have since been closed.
