We lived under the daily horror of a potential Russian attack and invasion as I grew up. It’s just been “normalized” or rather we have become desensitized to that still distinct possibility.

Don’t consider Cologne (Köln) northern Germany.
Also, the more north you go the more bitter the beers seems to be.
