2.5 The “.5” is cuz I don’t like ranch, but I’ll still try it from time to time if it’s homemade. The other two is mainly allergy issues. Wife’s allergic to nut (so no Nutella), and my body reacts to avocados similarly to the way lactose intolerant people’s bodies react to dairy.

Trust me, you are NOT an “uber disappointment”. I’m sure that what you’re going through is seasonal depression mixing with the manic, like you said. Plus, things have been crazy as of late. But things will be okay. For today, just breath and do/have something fun
