It is easy to find your local food bank or pantry using the tool on their webpage – I set up a monthly donation for mine and will supplement that with whatever I can while grocery shopping. 

It has been a wicked summer filled with grief, stress, & migraines almost every day. 4 months since my sister passed away & 2 weeks since I cut off 6 inches of hair. I’ve only had two migraines since. Don’t know if time or losing a couple pounds of hair is responsible.
