'Happy Halloween!': DHS spokeswoman responds to report of immigration agents wearing horror masks in L.A. The story by a local news site featured images posted to social media showing what the outlet says were agents in unmarked cars donning Chucky and Momo masks.

A local news report said immigration agents were seen wearing Halloween masks in L.A.
When asked about the report, a DHS spokeswoman said, “Happy Halloween!”

This is incredibly good & ties together so much that I’ve been thinking about lately.

From “AGI is perpetually just around the corner” to Thiel’s fixation w/the Antichrist, Tech has completely assimilated Christian eschatology: specifically the belief that The End is always imminent but never here.

We are seeing not just a merging of different parts of the armed forces; we are also seeing a deprofessionalization. Competent people are fired. Those willing to break the law are hired. Normal practices are abandoned as the new force becomes more responsive to the demand for quotas & brutalization.

Thus: Getting the hierarchy involved in this protest outside an ICE facility is no small thing.
