YESS it's from the same era, betweenlands and twilight forest are both dimension mods I'm super fond of. I found that betweenlands had a lot more progression and survival-based stuff to do though, super addictive

Holy shit I remember mulligrubs! I was a bystander but found a huge amount of artists thru it, such a cool tournament

It's not a modpack, just a single mod but I'm the biggest fan of the betweenlands. I play it more than vanilla MC at this point (hugely recc turning on the start in dimension config option and never going to the overworld)

I'm in the same boat, I love a lot of what I've played so far but I feel the death mechanics are not my jam especially with rotten eggs being something I never use due to how they work as well...

wanted to share this WIP comm too! very happy with how it's coming out so far

A dragonlike creature with a distorting body, wearing a black mask. Skin wrinkles in some areas and bulges in others. An antenna is embedded in its head behind the mask, blinking red. The mask has some vague red visible through the top, as if machinery or something else is glowing under the surface. A hole is located on its side, ribs curling inwards and slightly visible through the sagging skin.
