It is crucial to listen to victims’ families and challenge existing practice while remaining conscious of stigma & its effect on all patients.

In Year 1, NCISH supported 10 mental health organisations to move towards a personalised approach to risk. Support includes site visits to discuss local plans, regular email contact, learning events on themes relevant to risk assessment, and online resources on our website.
