Rodgers is the classic narcissist star who is really good at one thing and also happens to not a dummy. Therefore as someone who's only had praise lavished on them, in his mind he's smarter than all of us. His overconfidence in his awful opinions is also a result of constant praise and ass kissing.

It's a really nice station but it's been nearly 2 years and there's NO retail locations open despite over 20k sq ft of space designated. Any idea when we will get to see at least a coffee shop??
