I find it particularly offensive on the same day the Supremes upheld Tennessee’s ban on all transgender treatment for minors. They did not just privatize transgender treatment, they banned it entirely.
Truly insane decision: the National Suicide hotline has ceased working with the Trevor Project or offer LGBTQ+ oriented suicide support.

Great post on several issues, but what stuck out to me is that one of the (WalMart) Waltons just took out a full page ad in the N Y Times promoting the protests with the hashtag “No Kings.”
Since my refusal to condone subject matter discrimination has led you to repeatedly call me a Nazi, I think it is best to block you from my account & posts for your own peace of mind. I really do wish you all the best as you pursue others who fail your purity test.
Sorry that you think the diversity of opinion is a bad thing b/c I disagree. If I reference a Nazi substack, please respond & let me know. Otherwise, I will not allow your spurious allegations to rob me of the independent journalism flourishing on substack bc it fails to satisfy your purity test.
I don’t agree with right wing rhetoric, but I would f$&king protest for their right to say whatever they want on their substack account (within the terms of service, of course). My substack subscriptions don’t include them, so not a penny of what I subscribe to goes to these alleged Nazis.
You have posted identical information trying to disrupt others such is Robert Reich, and I appreciate being lumped in w/ so many respected thinkers (many of whom I have subscribed and pay for.)
You are angry that Substack allows them to use the functionality of the host to accept voluntary paid memberships. They aren’t getting some share of income from other accounts; they are just able to let their followers subscripe.
@kegelee.bsky.social I understand your position. You have already accused myself & others on Substack as being pro-Nazi b/c the Atlantic informally says is a tiny fraction of accounts ( looks like less than one one-thousandth of a percent) which were traced to far right accounts mostly on Telegram.

Steven Miller called the protest an insurrection. We must resist that and be steadfast in referring to them as peaceful civilian citizens exercising their lawful and Constitutional rights to assembly and speech.
Entirely possible. They have been waiting for clashes to invoke martial law, so when it wasn’t developing naturally, they loosed ICE agents, probably with faces covered, to incite friction with the civilian protesters. It seems to have gotten close enough for the WH.
I may have posted this earlier, but it is worth reminding ourselves of these ways to resist tyranny.
