Not hankering for a fight - just questioning the casual 'everyone-knows-it's- true' definition of vegan eating as a 'restricted' diet when millions of people around the world never did eat meat or dairy or both and are pretty darn healthy.
But you aren't cutting out an entire category of food, unless you accept the commercial meat or dairy industry's definition of a category....Again, casually made assumptions and definitions. If someone "drops" processed foods, let's say, would you treat it the same way?
PS also you do not have to track protein if you eat a normal vegan diet. I do not know why people keep casually repeating this like it is an accepted fact because it is not. Eating vegan is not even "restricted."

Measles is one of the most contagious viruses on the planet. If you’re unvaccinated and exposed, there’s about a 90% chance you’ll get it.
So this guy got infected with measles in the US, flew to Europe, and then infected at least 15 people on his journey back to N Dakota via the Denver airport #medsky
