This was a lot of fun to do! I think I'll be posting more sketches like these in the future, they tend to be a lot more... 'expressive' than my fully colored works, if you get what I mean. Expect vore and tf to be a rarity, though, I'm not a fan of either of those.

Shiny, undisturbed fluids can look like polished floors if you aren’t paying attention. Maybe that’s why Shu stepped into it… or maybe he just *wanted* to get stuck? If that's the case, he definitely regrets it now.

I came up with this while kneading dough for the first time, the thought of mud having the consistency of pizza dough crossed my mind. You can *kinda* see this in the cobra’s hands being stuck into the mud as if it were dough.
...Wait, does having limbs make him a lizard instead of a snake? Dangit.

This was finished in November of 2025. I couldn’t come up with colors for our bird friend here because I can’t do color theory for the life of me, so I got a suggestion from https://bsky.app/profile/somedorkzter.bsky.social. Thanks for the help!

The truck in the background is the Kaukaz Zeya U420 truck from Cyberpunk 2077 (albeit with a few colors changed), to directly contrast with the BlackBerry phone he’s holding. Additionally, the metal detector in his bag is based off of the motion tracker in Alien: Isolation. ...Ironically, I never got to play 2077, only got to watch season 1 of Edgerunners - 9/10 show by the way.

This treasure hunter should’ve been more careful surveying the ground before digging into it... or AT LEAST brought a phone to call for backup that's less than 70 years old. Now he's just as buried as the stuff he was looking for, poor guy.

This idea came from me playing Gates to Infinity and being somewhat disappointed that the Jaws of the Abyss didn’t have tooth-shaped rocks in the background, hence their inclusion here. Teeth -> jaws, black tar -> abyss, you get it. I made this a year ago, so I kinda forgot why I included sand, heh.

Don’t worry, he’ll be fine! Just expect some light teasing from the rest of the Guild after they pull him out sometime in the afternoon.
