Senate Republicans just blocked a resolution to force Trump to end his immoral, unconstitutional war on Iran.
John Fetterman voted with Republicans, and Rand Paul voted with Democrats.
Youβd think senators couldnβt wait to exert their power back. Theyβve all been neutered

I decided to help out and deescalate the situation. This gentleman came to the Capitol looking for a confrontation, and he got one. I hope he gets the help he needs without causing further violence.
If you thought Tim Sheehy would apologize, you were wrong. If you thought he'd blame the Marine, you're right.
Add yet another example to the "Never Apologize" file. Rule number one of being Trumpy is never ever apologize. Boss never apologizes. So I never apologize. It's part of the loyalty test
I just called my US senators and told them to publicly call for Tim Sheehy to be expelled from the Senate for assaulting and apparently breaking the hand of a Marine today.
You can call your Senators, too.
Find them here: reps.fyi
Not gonna share the video of Republican US Senator Tim Sheehy breaking a protesting Marine's hand, but you can find it on @charlotteclymer.bsky.social's timeline.
I'll just say that in a functional country, Sheehy would be expelled by the Senate.
Democratic Senators should publicly push for that.

βThe U.S. is the top historical emitter of greenhouse gases. It was no bystander to the civil war in Somalia, and has had a long history of military engagements in the country until today.
None of this history seems to inform the current administrationβs approach.β

new from @tusk81.bsky.social:
Women have always been at the heart of movements for justice, and that includes the more than 23 million immigrant women.
"This #WomensHistoryMonth, we celebrate the immigrant women who continue to better our country not just for themselves, but for all."

The U.S. government made a promise to #DACA recipients: follow the rules, pass background checks, renew your status, and you can live and work without fear.
