oh and definitely make sure it's the actual owner of the house for privates! FC houses can reset if an fc member enters, but for private estates only the person that owns the house can reset it π₯²
Unless you might be overlooking another alt usually when you step into the house you'll get this notif in the chat and you should be good- can also double check the timers using ctrl+u and looking at the estate tab for housing status!
