I just hate the DRM situation with ebooks and how every store is its own walled garden, though I know how to remove the DRM from Google and Kobo ebooks.
It doesn't look like you can download their ebooks and get an actual file unless it's DRM-free.

In other words, which online store gives authors the most money per sale?
