If you don’t know the symbolism behind the starflowers, more or less they are to signify rebirth (especially after something like significant trauma). So with both Astarion and Nerual finding their reasons to live again within one another, this comes full circle and is even sweeter of a ship name 🥹❤️

So I chose Starflower in the end ❤️

We know Astarion’s name means ‘little star’, but also Nerual goes stargazing when her mind is troubled. She is a druid who brings her companions flowers as little gifts, and saves sunflowers (and starflowers) for Astarion only. She’s often called sunflower too 🥺
