Hidden in the heart of the Great Plains, Nebraska reveals scenes just as surreal and beautiful. These rugged formations, carved by time, wind, and water, prove that you don’t have to travel to the famous desert parks to experience dramatic landscapes.

Out here in Southern Utah, time slows down and the desert tells its own story — carved cliffs glowing in the last light, ancient rock spires standing tall against a painted sky, and a quiet so deep you can hear your own heartbeat.

Where time, wind, and silence have sculpted the land into surreal masterpieces. These hoodoos rise from the desert floor like ancient guardians, glowing in soft shades of ivory, blush, and gold as the sun sets over the high desert.

Just some scenes while exploring Utah last month. Can’t wait to go back for more. I’ll never get tired of the rocks, dust, mountains and the peace of the desert.

I heard it’s Bentonite clay. But I’m no expert at all. Thanks for for your kind words!

Exploring #Utah is like visiting another planet. Every few miles the landscape shows a completely different face. There is so much to see it is difficult to choose a composition. It’s just overwhelmingly beautiful!

This view left us in awe. The details in the badlands were absolutely beautiful. As I’m writing this I realized that I don’t know what to say. The feeling while standing there comes back to memory. I need to go back…

To be honest I don’t remember exactly where I got this bolt. I think it was somewhere in southwest Kansas. Anyways. I founder on my hard drive and thought I like it.
