It's not a gas chamber. I don't know what it actually is, but I can assure you that gas chambers were much, much smaller. There weren't showers to the side. The people were told they were showers to keep them calm. Please don't turn this into a belligerent argument.

Which isn't saying IHT is great, it isn't, but 20% on a business as opposed to 40% on a family home in areas where they easily breach the IHT threshold, I don't think "farmers" deserve special treatment. Think Jeremy Clarkson!

Few family run farms are worth over £1m. What are over £1m are country estates registered as farms to avoid IHT. Or businesses, wedding venues, glamping etc. Not sure they should be treated any differently from other businesses.

I saw this on the bluesky page, where I saw my first unpleasant comment from a maga. Subbed to this list and poof! All gone. I'm not going down that route again. This is going to stay nice and if I see things that make my blood boil, I'm blocking.

Some of us have block lists you can sub to and it will help keep the angry accounts away. Go to my profile and see lists. I have a maga hate list. It will block all those accounts if you sub to it. Enjoy.

I hope so! I'm hoping the others will stay in their own Echo chamber and we can stay in ours. I'd rather that than the constant arguing. No-one is going to change anyone's mind so best to keep us apart. Like mum did with my brother and me haha
