Tis’ why I have Youtube premium. No ads. As I watch enough YouTube to make it worth it.

Just discovered that we are to eat 25-38 grams of fiber every day. 95% of Americans don’t reach the daily requirement. 🤯

And even then.

Too many people haven’t touched a book since they graduated high school and it shows.

A book a week; doable… but with a full time job- perhaps not.
