Flashback to 2013 when I saw the #OnePiece show at USJ. Maybe I’m remembering it more epically than it was, but the actors hit the stage as the lyrics “michinaru typhoon” were sung in We Go!, DURING a typhoon that was slowly approaching the park all day and risking cancelling the show. I cried.
The world (and particularly my country) is currently horrible and ever harder to exist in, but #OnePieceNetflix is out than less than a day and I’m in need of the hope core right now. Feel like we all are.
Frankly, I think if you’re not at this point there might be something wrong with you.
#OnePieceNetflix Season 1 rewatch Countdown- the final day! Tomorrow night (give or take a few hours) is Season 2 time 🔥 🏴☠️ (Please note I’ll be away from the internet the next few days; after I watch the new season a bunch I’ll be back with the regularly scheduled news and streams.)
Viewership is unfortunately nowhere near as important as th toy sales; but like I said, I’m just going by what I heard: not just that one tweet in particular. It’s still circumstantial for sure.
What does this mean? Not really much right now; #ProjectRED is a lock for the next few years regardless of what the sales trends are. However, it will be interesting to see where we stand.
#GavanInfinity Not wholly unexpected, but I’ve seen a few Japanese fans now commenting that the show doesn’t seem to be selling all that well. General consensus is: interesting for the older crowd, but the target audience doesn’t care about the toys. We’ll see what the sales and rankings show.

The quality on this is really good plastic wise and sticker wise, but the inner waist joint is a PAIN to get together for the legs to stay in place. Basically this year’s DX Robo figures, but more. Also, the collection so far!
